With 88 rooms, FAHO is the smallest residence from “Studentenwerk” in Aachen. Each room have its own internet slot, with a connection to the fast RWTH net. Also every room is given with a bookshelf, a wardrobe, a chair and a desk.
The rent is between 260 and 300 euro, depending of the size of the room.
Room from 1. till 3. level
The upper three level are built in the same way. Every level is divided in two identical floor. Each floor have 12 rooms plus one commune area with one kitchen/dining room and a storeroom. Every level has also one large balcony accessible from both of the kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom with toilet, douche and sink.
The room sizes on these floors are distributed as follows:

Room in the basement
In the so-called “Keller” there is two shared flats. Each flat has five rooms, four of them are approx. 12 m², the last one is a bit bigger. The roommates are sharing one bathroom and one kitchen/dinning room.
Room in the ground floor
The six biggest room in FAHO are found in the ground level. Also like for the room of the upper floor, each room has its own bathroom and the kitchen will be shared.

The furniture, i.e. shelf, wardrobe, desk + chair, are included in EVERY dormitory room. A bed is only included in the International/Erasmus rooms.
